The timing of our furnace going out could not have been worse!! With single digit temps and a terrible snow storm we were worried. These guys were amazing! Came out and replaced our furnace (it was really old and we knew it needed replacing we were just trying to make it through the rest of the winter) and had us toasty warm by evening. So professional, excellent pricing, and a great experience all around. Thanks again for getting us taken care of.

The price was fair, they were quick to install the furnace, excellent customer service, and they took the time to explain things to me. Great experience!

Marcus showed up same day, fixed our air conditioner quickly and the price was VERY REASONABLE!!!!

After getting several bids from other companies, I felt like they were over charging for the same system. Price was much better with a quality Carrier system with the highest efficiency. They installers came out and were very professional and were very informative with their knowledge of the system. They spent the time to explain how to maintain and use the system. They enjoy what they do for a living by having such a great attitudes and personalities. Marcus came to check to make sure I was happy with the installation and made sure it was done correctly. With Marcus having over 24 years experience, it made me confident that I made the correct decision to go with Ascend HVAC. Thank you!!!

Firstly, i don't give many 5 stars. You have to wow me in order to get 5 stars, otherwise you're just a 4 star company doing excellent work. I was in need of quite a bit of work: new furnace, A/C refrigerant lines being re-run, new heat registers in a basement, and a new humidifier. I got 3 bids for all that work, (companies will remain anonymous for professional reasons), and Ascend HVAC came in at the cheapest, AND they use a high quality system (Carrier). One of those bids came in at...no joke....TWICE the amount that Ascend HVAC bid me. On to the install. Firstly, they were able to work with my house (which the utility room was not built to code back in the 1990s) and made the removal and install of the new furnace extremely difficult due to the tight space involved. Secondly, even though it took them all day to perform the work i needed done, i never felt like they were trying to rush the job in order to get done quicker. What made this apparent was when they finished up. They left everything clean, and when looking at every part of the system they touched and installed, nothing looked like it was a hack job or thrown together quickly. (Didn't look like a half-@$$ job, which makes me happy). Thirdly, each of the workers were super nice and made it a point to say hi to me and make sure that if I had questions they took the time to explain things. Basically, the workers had people skills. Lastly, when all the work was done, the owner of Ascend who originally came to the house and gave us the bid, came back after all the work was done, inspected the work that was performed, answered any additional questions i had, went over the paperwork, rebate information, tax rebate information, and how to register the product to extend the warranty on the whole system. Really nice to have a mini-closure type meeting with the owner to wrap everything up rather than just feeling like i was left hanging wondering, "well now what, when do i start payments, when do i get a bill, etc." Everything was wrapped up nicely. Things i wish would have been better. First, clean up. No matter how good you are, could always be just a tad better. (this is me nit-picking though). I will say, there was no scraps of metal/screws/nails/dangerous things that were left for anybody to step on, or babies/pets could accidentally pick up or swallow. Really, things were pretty clean, but could always be just a tad better. Lastly, communication: I never got a phone call or a text that reminded me of the install/appointment. Nor did i get a text saying what time they would show up. Usually, i'm a "no news is good news" kind of person. But the wife isn't, and she ended up calling that morning to see if or even when the workers would show up. This is honestly my biggest complaint, but it's not a big complaint by any means. All said and done, i'm absolutely thrilled with everything. I got a high quality system, for the cheapest price out of 3 bids, the install looks great, workers were professional, the whole experience was professional. I highly recommend them to anybody.
